VAS Aero Services is looking for two Sales Coordinators to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

• You’ll get to assist our outside sales staff with quotes, research, sales, and purchasing.
• You’ll be answering calls, quoting stock items, and tracking sales and open service requests.

• Team working attitude is a must. We need someone who can work with anyone and everyone, and enjoys being a part of a multi-national team.

Your Boarding Pass:

• Education: High school graduate, pursuing higher education

Experience:

• 1-2 year experience using business applications on computers
• 1-2 years Aviation warehouse experience preferred

Licensure/Certifications:

• Required – N/A
• Preferred N/A

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

• Required: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Required: Ability to learn the utilization of the Inventory Locator System (SAP)
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Illustrated Parts Catalog
• Preferred: Knowledge of the industry requirements (Trace documentation)
