We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for our EMC Apprenticeship Program. This immersive and hands-on program is designed to introduce candidates to the mechanical, electrical, and various other critical aspects of the motor repair process.
Throughout the program, apprentices will rotate through multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different facets of the motor repair industry. This rotation will allow candidates to identify their strengths and explore areas of personal interest, ultimately helping them determine the best fit for their long-term career goals.
At the end of the program, apprentices will be placed in an appropriate department based on their skills, interests, and performance. EMC values personal growth and development, and we encourage all employees to expand their knowledge and capabilities.
