Eagle Rock offers excellent pay potential with a pay structure that includes daily salary, commission eligibility, pay-for-performance bonuses and generous overtime opportunities. Our Colorado Springs drivers start at approximately $55,000-$60,00 per year (depending on route - including base pay, commissions and bonus) and can grow earnings substantially with company experience.
About the Opportunity
As a Beverage Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of beverages to our customers. You'll represent our company with professionalism and provide outstanding service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a full-time position in our Colorado Springs, CO location.

The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era with Atlanta Beverage Company selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Eagle Rock Distributing Company was formed in 2000 and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. One thing that hasn't changed since our beginnings, however, is our unwavering commitment to our employees and loyal customers.
Eagle Rock entered the Colorado market in late-2020, assuming distribution operations for Anheuser-Busch products across the state. Today, we have over 500 employees in the state, operating out of 8 locations, and continue to welcome new positions to support our growth in the state.

Compensation, Benefits and Application Window
Compensation range: $55,000 to $60.,000per year (including base pay, commissions and bonus)
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
