What you'll do:

Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with IT teams and drayage agents to ensure a smooth transition to new systems.
Analyze and Plan: Assess the impact of changes, develop transition plans, and create effective communication strategies.
Train and Empower: Develop and deliver training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to users.
Measure and Improve: Monitor change adoption metrics, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve challenges, minimizing disruption to operations.
