Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Contracts Manager to lead the implementation and management of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. In this role you will oversee all aspects of processing of agreements from intake to execution while proactively coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of contracts and optimal resource allocation. This position requires a strong understanding of contract workflows the ability to manage multiple projects and excellent communication skills.

What youll get to do:

• Support the implementation and management of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and legal inbox to streamline contract processing. 
• Collaborate with various internal business partners to process and execute contracts and agreements using DocuSign ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
• Ensure appropriate internal approvals and signature authorities are followed in the contract review and approval process. 
• Monitor contract timelines milestones and renewals to avoid delays and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders providing guidance on contractrelated matters and resolving issues promptly. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within contract workflows and recommend solutions to increase efficiency. 
• Stay informed on industry best practices for contract management and suggest enhancements to current processes. 
• Review and redline contracts as directed by VP Associate General Counsel Commercial & Privacy. 
• Assist with other duties as needed and directed.  

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in business law or a related field. 
• 6 years of experience in contract management legal operations or a related role. 
• Experience with CLM systems and contract management software with specific proficiency in DocuSign and Evisort. 
• Strong attention to detail  
• Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and proactively address contractrelated issues. 
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at the same time effectively and efficiently remain flexible manage expectations anticipate needs and respond to changing demands in a dynamic fastpaced environment. 
• Independent selfmotivated professional and proactive with a strong work ethic and sense of pride and accountability in work 
• Team player with a positive attitude selfconfidence and enthusiasm

The salary range for this role is $135000 per year $150000 per year.
