Warehouse Supervisor

Due to business growth, Fang is currently recruiting for positions including Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, Assistants, and HR/Admin roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily receipt of goods in the Pennsylvania warehouse, ensuring timely shelving and accurate quantities and categories.
Complete palletization according to category requirements, manage and control inventory, adjust related ERP data, and generate reports.
Maintain smooth communication with other departments, suppliers, and transport companies.
Train new employees.
Manage the performance of the team members under your supervision.
Job Requirements:
Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese.
Familiar with warehouse management systems, proficient in office software (Office/WPS).
Skilled in operating various forklifts and warehouse equipment.
High school diploma or above.
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and safety awareness.
Warehouse management experience preferred.
Work schedule: 5 days/8 hours, 8:30 am - 5 pm (half-hour lunch break).
