Position: Voice Data Entry Agent (Remote)

Join our dedicated Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where you'll contribute to delivering top-quality data solutions for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring accurate information, maintaining quality standards, and supporting our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Voice and Non-Voice Processes: Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and adapt to process requirements.
Verify and Cross-Check Information: Use online databases to confirm details provided to our clients, collaborating with third-party sources.
Data Enrichment and Quality Control: Complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our client, ensuring precision in data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and state board status follow-ups.
Meet Deadlines and Maintain Quality: Execute tasks in a timely, efficient manner with a focus on accuracy and high standards.
Adapt to Additional Duties: Flexibility to take on new tasks as needed by the team.

Qualifications:
Voice and Non-Voice Process Flexibility: Comfortable handling both types of processes as required.
Experience in Call Centers or Customer Service: Previous experience in an inbound/outbound call center, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
Adaptable and Independent: Able to adjust to changes in processes and information while working both independently and as part of a team.
Tech-Savvy with Stable Internet: Proficiency with computers and a stable internet connection for effective remote work.
