Tax Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax compliance and planning efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and will be responsible for managing tax-related operations while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preparation of corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients in the real estate and manufacturing sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax-saving opportunities and mitigate tax risks.
• Review and analyze financial statements and tax documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on new tax laws and regulations, and communicate their impact to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax management role.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, particularly in the real estate and manufacturing industries.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
