We are looking for:

A highly skilled and motivated Staff Scientist with a strong background in agrochemical formulations to join the agricultural market application lab at Novecare GBU. The ideal candidate will have experience in agrochemical formulations, including encapsulation and biological formulations. This role involves developing and optimizing agrochemical products to enhance their efficacy, stability, and environmental impact.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in agrochemical formulations and related technologies.

  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Customer interactions: understand unmet needs and tech support and propose new solutions

You will bring:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agrochemical formulation development.

  • Experience with encapsulation (biodegradable) and biological formulations (microbial, peptides, RNAi, etc) is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of formulation chemistry, material science, and related technologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $108,000.00 to $148,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
