Position Overview:
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for the design and development of comprehensive training and educational materials for our sales division programs. Your expertise will enhance the sales skills of our professionals through various resources, including audio, printed materials, videos, and virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and create effective, measurable instructional materials for online courses and in-person or virtual instructor-led training, aligning with defined instructional, learning, or performance outcomes for sales programs.
Develop a variety of learning solutions, including interactive eLearning modules, video scripts, graphic design, job aids, infographics, scenarios, workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations tailored for sales training programs.
Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand the instructional content required for various learner levels.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and fellow instructional designers to develop instructional content, offering recommendations on course design, technology, delivery options, and assessment strategies that align with key business initiatives.
Establish, adhere to, and communicate instructional material standards and procedures for the team.
Effectively document and recommend appropriate delivery methods for trainers to use.
Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, and/or Adobe Captivate to create engaging learning solutions. Experience with Adobe Premiere and Audition is a plus.
Performance Metrics:
Develop business objectives, identify target populations, create course objectives, maps, task analysis plans, and assessment plans for client programs.
Design lesson objectives, instructional strategies, delivery media, and assessments tailored to client programs.
Provide weekly status reports detailing both planned and unplanned tasks completed.
Promptly communicate any risks to management and make necessary adjustments to stay on track with tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, focusing on sales development and strategies.
Familiarity with principles of behavioral sciences and adult learning methodologies.
Ability to systematically research and synthesize information relevant to instructional design.
Strong critical thinking skills, both abstract and concrete, with a tolerance for ambiguity.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
