Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Retread Stacker to join our team. The Retread Stacker will be responsible for stacking, organizing, and moving retread tires in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred

**Responsibilities:**
- Stack retread tires in an organized manner
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading tires from trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Additional Requirements:**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks
- Comply with company policies and procedures
