Tax Manager (Remote or Hybrid - Glendale, CA)

### What You'll Do:
As a Tax Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing complex multi-state, consolidated corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters.
- Providing guidance on a full spectrum of tax services, including individual, partnership, corporate, and trust/estate taxes.
- Assisting clients with tax strategy calculations and analyses to optimize their financial position.

### What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a professional with the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA licensure with at least 5 years of public accounting experience.
- Strong expertise in the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
