Job Description

The Regional Dispensary Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the successful operation of multiple cannabis dispensaries within a defined region. This is a leadership position requiring extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry, exceptional business acumen, and strong managerial skills. Reporting to senior leadership, the Regional Dispensary Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all dispensaries under their supervision operate efficiently, meet sales targets, and remain compliant with state and local regulations.

**This is an in person role in the North Hollywood

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of multiple dispensaries within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor dispensary managers to optimize store performance, providing guidance on customer service, inventory control, staff development, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with upper management to set sales goals and strategic initiatives, then ensure that each dispensary meets or exceeds their targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improve dispensary performance.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures across the region to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage product distribution across dispensaries, ensuring that each location has sufficient stock and that no product exceeds its sell-by date.
• Ensure all locations adhere to security protocols and compliance standards, conducting regular audits and inspections to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Build strong relationships with community stakeholders and local regulatory agencies to maintain a positive presence and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenses to maintain profitability across all dispensaries in the region.
• Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture by fostering collaboration and providing opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or specialized certifications in cannabis business management is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in multi-store retail management, preferably within the cannabis industry.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring multiple teams across different locations.
• In-depth knowledge of cannabis regulations, product categories, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, point-of-sale systems, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to travel regularly between dispensary locations within the region.

Compensation: $95,000 plus Benefits
