Our elite team offers extensive support to our agents, including a steady stream of Leads, PreQualified Buyers, Listing Opportunities, a sophisticated CRM system, a Customized Website, access to immediate Training with daily LIVE sessions, expert coaching, health insurance options, and a business model crafted for both stability and expansion.

Whether you're embarking on your career with a new license or you're an experienced agent looking to expand your client base, our tailored support is designed to propel your success. Armed with genuine, ready-to-act clients, we're poised to boost your earning potential from the outset.

Responsibilities

We make it very simple for you.

• We generate the leads from various sources
• Once they are ready to make a move
• We work with them to get them PreQualified
• Once they are PreQualfied we send them to an agent partner in the location they would like to purchase
• The agent partner takes the Buyer over
• The agent partner writes the contract and gets under contract
• Our in house Transaction Coordinator assists throughout the contract process
• Buyers Closes and you get paid!

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
• Learning based
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
• High school graduate
• Real estate license
