Sales – Management – Possible Future Ownership For Select Candidate – 50-150K+ Mattress Brokers Inc.(MBI), is a North Carolina based mattress distribution company that strives to provide high quality mattresses directly to the public at a 40-70% savings when compared to the traditional retail sector. The success of our niche business model is attributed to our ongoing manufacturer negotiations, by our operating out of modest / casual wholesale / retail environments, and by keeping our operational expenses to a minimum. Currently seeking 1 proven sales professional to manage operations within our; New Bern, NC Territory Requirements No industry experience needed - Sales and/or Management experience is a must. Must be comfortable on the phone - Cold calling is not required, however you will need to interact with customer inquiries via calls/texts/messenger throughout the day. Must be a good time manager - Although incoming calls/texts can be answered remotely at times, your presence at our location will be required most evenings from 4-7. Must be comfortable operating alone in a casual warehouse environment - Our business only requires one person to manage operations within any given territory, therefore a good multi-tasker is preferred. Day in the life

• Post/refresh merchandise advertising via online mediums per company standards as trained.
• Respond to 15-25 incoming calls/texts/inquiries, etc daily from potential customers.
• Convert 50%+ of inquiries into customer appointments.
• Meet customers at the territory location, and allow them to view the advertised merchandise.
• Accept / Inventory weekly deliveries.
• Coordinate with customers to pick up their merchandise when it arrives at the designated location.

Appointments Customer appointments run approximately 10 minutes in duration and result in a sale 70-90% of the time, making this a fantastic opportunity for the honest hard working professional seeking to earn a full time income while working a semi-flexible schedule.
