About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Manager to join our team and help deliver transformational projects for our healthcare clients. From inception to completion, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

- **Project Management:** Assist in all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and risk management for healthcare facility projects.
- **Document Interpretation:** Demonstrate the ability to read, understand, and apply standard to moderately complex documents such as agreements, contracts, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
- **Client Interaction:** Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepare scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk identification.
- **Resource Identification:** Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes. Conduct standard requests for proposals, complete bid analyses, and recommend resources to clients.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead project delivery resources/teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
- **Communication:** Implement communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep clients and project resources informed. Facilitate project meetings.
- **Documentation Governance:** Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
- **Progress Tracking:** Track project progress against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines. Report status and variances, and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
- **Change Management:** Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess change requests to determine impacts on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
- **Risk Management:** Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- **Budget and Schedule Management:** Assist with the preparation, development, and maintenance of the Master Program Budget and Schedule. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and prepare monthly Project Status Reports for each assigned project.

Qualifications

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year program in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Building Construction. A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, or Real Estate Development is preferred.
- **Experience:** 3-5 years of practical work experience in healthcare construction or project management is preferred.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent oral presentation and written skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to work well with others and participate as a team player.
- **Goal-Oriented:** Ability to set and achieve goals.
- **Organizational Ability:** Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and monitor activities and projects. Capable of handling several projects simultaneously and ensuring quality of work.
- **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is mandatory. Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and web-based project management system software is preferable.

- **Work Location:** Onsite/in-office work is required. This is not a remote role (hybrid work flexibility may be established after a demonstrated period depending on our client's needs and employee's performance).
