Project Coordinator

Who:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with at least two years of experience, ideally within the construction or insurance industry. This role will support insurance companies, homeowners, and assist with billing and deductible management. Familiarity with accounting and finance principles, as well as experience with QB Dash and Xactimate, is preferred.

What:
As the Project Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company, insurance partners, and clients. Your responsibilities will include handling billing and deductible processes, and you’ll play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of project workflows. You will work in-office daily until fully trained, after which you’ll have a hybrid work schedule, with one day remote per week.

$50,000 - $60,000 per year

Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will support key functions across project management, billing, and client interactions, contributing to smoother operations and better communication. This role also includes managing billing and deductible workflows, improving coordination with insurance companies, and providing client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance partners and homeowners.
  • Manage billing processes, including deductible handling, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Utilize QB Dash and Xactimate to streamline project documentation and billing.
  • Participate in office-based training with a hybrid schedule available post-training.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordinator, accounting, or support role, preferably in construction or insurance.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience with QB Dash and Xactimate software preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
