Production Supervisor 



Job Information: 

Location: Hightstown, NJ 

Hours: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Production Supervisor Job Duties: 

• The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in achieving positive results across quality, productivity, cost management, safety measures and employee morale
• Their responsibilities include supervising employees' work allocation and planning as well as implementing policies and procedures to drive improvements in production methods and working conditions
• Directs the production of quality products within established specifications, and in sufficient quantities to fill orders, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices ( cGMPs) and Safety Rules
• Fosters an environment that promotes consistent quality product
• Actively supports and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Work and Safety rules, providing training as necessary
• Conducts performance evaluations; monitors attendance; adjusts timekeeping; resolves issues effectively
• Actively seeks better production methods through people-centric approaches or improvements in procedures / equipment
• Demonstrates professionalism with integrity while showing willingness to learn new techniques or technologies for improved results

Production Supervisor Job Requirements: 

• Candidates MUST HAVE labeling experience!
• A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not required
• A least 3+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a production environment
