We ship our products around the world where they are used in large engines hydraulic cylinders, transmissions, air compressors, turbo chargers, shock absorbers and many other applications.

Experience:
2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience leading teams of at least 10-12 employees
Duties Include:
Customer Focus
- Maintain schedule compliance and established production rates
- Ensure product meets quality requirements
- Metric boards are updated regularly, and deficiencies are addressed
- Constant employee contact and visibility
- Regular communication with 1st shift regarding compliance, problems, or support needed
- Solve problems - or mitigate their impact - as they arise.
Production Support
- Shop floor rules enforcement- document verbal warnings.
- Conduct team meetings and annual performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Ensure new employees are successfully onboarded and trained.
- Cross-train as needed to provide proper coverage to meet the production output goals.
- Coordinate shift hand-off and communications regarding schedule status, issues, priorities, etc.
- Communicate the need for any process-related supplies.
- Maintain a safe working environment that follows procedures and guidelines.
