Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Pentaho ETL Developer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Pentaho Data Integration (PDI). This role is responsible for developing, designing, and implementing new software products or modifications to support business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, designers, business, and systems analysts to develop robust applications.
• Provide expert guidance on industry best practices, standards, and governance for web applications.
• Partner with Quality Assurance teams to deliver high-quality end products.
• Conduct benefit analysis to recommend strategic IT solutions.
• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs, ensuring continuous improvements.
• Test and evaluate new software applications for optimal performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities in existing applications and develop required modifications.
• Write and implement efficient code aligned with project requirements.
• Assess operational feasibility of software solutions.
• Establish and follow quality assurance procedures.
• Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics to maintain development standards.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing and building applications across multiple programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of development tools, programming languages, and operating systems for diverse platforms.
• Expertise in Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) is required.
