About the Role:
Location: Fully remote, work from home
Schedule: Part-time and full-time options, with flexibility in hours (minimum 10 hours per week)
Caseload Flexibility: Tailor your caseload to match your availability and preferences
Availability: Evening and weekend hours are preferred to meet client demand
Compensation: Starting at $57 per hour
W2 & Contract Options: Both W2 and 1099 positions available
Benefits: W2 employees eligible for 401k, 9 paid holidays, $500 annual continuing education stipend, and paid administrative hours based on caseload

Responsibilities:
Educate clients, families, and caregivers about mental health conditions and therapeutic approaches
Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare providers and agencies involved in the client's care
Communicate progress and updates to caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals as needed
Complete documentation accurately and on time to ensure compliance and continuity of care
Qualifications:
Valid state-issued professional counseling license (required)
Solid understanding of a wide range of mental health conditions, their causes, and effective treatments
Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using computers, Zoom, and healthcare EMRs for telehealth services
Passion for working with children and families from diverse backgrounds
