EstimatesLab, a marketing agency specializing in lead generation for home improvement niches in the USA (kitchen and bathroom remodeling, siding, home construction), is looking for a professional full-time Facebook Ads Media Buyer.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Create and optimize Facebook lead generation campaigns.
* Build new Facebook campaigns from the ground up for new clients.
* Audit and improve existing campaigns.
* Design and create landing pages in a simple page builder for traffic.
* Work closely with the team to drive down the cost of conversions and improve campaign performance.
**Requirements:**
* Solid understanding of Facebook Business Manager: creating ad accounts, managing pixels, linking client Facebook pages, etc.
* Ability to create new Facebook campaigns from scratch.
* Proven track record of auditing and improving current campaigns.
* Results-first approach to marketing.
* Experience with landing page builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, etc.).
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to ensure profitable campaigns for our clients.
