Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour
Hours: 2 nd shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm
Start: ASAP

What’s a typical day as a Mail Clerk/Document Specialist? You’ll be: • Opening and separating mail, preparing documents for scanning and some copying.
• Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents
• Meeting deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace while maintaining quality and error-free work
• Achieving company production standards by maintaining optimal machine performance and completing all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess basic PC skills and typing skills
• Can read and understand instructions in English
• Are able to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and management
• Can adapt to changing situations and be flexible
• Are able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standards
• Have the ability to work 8 to 12 hour shifts including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays
• Can handle moderate noise levels in a production facility
• Are able to stand on your feet for at least eight (8) hours per day
• Have the ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
