Key Responsibilities:
- Psychotherapy & Counseling: Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups, tailoring treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Client Records & Compliance: Ensure accurate, confidential, and compliant record-keeping while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
- Collaboration: Maintain communication with referral sources and other healthcare providers. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to develop effective treatment plans.
- Supervision & Growth: Participate in regular supervision with a qualified supervisor while pursuing continuous professional development and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in counseling interventions, appraisal, assessment, and providing referrals
- Motivated to engage in ongoing professional learning and development
