This is a remote role available to teachers residing in the US only.

Join us at Huntington Learning Center! We are looking for talented professionals that will help students in grades K-8 achieve self-confidence, motivation, and academic success. Our programs support students with closing the COVID gap, re-engaging in their education, reaching their goal test scores, and moving to the front of the class academically.

This is a remote position and you will work one-on-one with students virtually. After a paid training period to learn our methods, you will spend your time teaching and making a difference in children’s lives. We provide the curriculum and develop individualized programs for each student. There is no homework to correct, no lessons to plan, no meetings with parents or administration - just teaching!

The Opportunity:

• Work with students virtually in a 1-to-1 setting, leveraging Zoom and our proprietary learning platform.
• Focus on classroom skill development, homework help, and subject tutoring.
• Paid training and professional development opportunities.

Hours:

• We have a need for teachers available weekdays from 3-8pm CST .
• Weekend availability is a plus!
• Minimum commitment of 6 hours; 10+ hours available.

Requirements Include:

• Graduation from a 4-year, accredited college/university is required. 
• Masters/PhD, and/or certification/license a plus.
• Able to teach age-appropriate math through Algebra.
• Comfortable teaching English/Reading/Writing and coaching other subjects.
• Confident in utilizing virtual teaching platforms (e.g. Zoom).
• Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students!
