Roles and responsibilities:
24x7 coverage
Making sure the system is up and functioning end to end (all API and Batch flows)
Jobs are running on the frequency they need to
Manual processes are being executed if we have them as stop gap measure
Data Integrity analysis is being completed
Data quality issues are identified and triaged correctly for timely resolution
Identify triage and mitigate issues within SLAs.
Root cause analysis is being completed if we find a data integrity issue
data pipelines are able to support the throughput were putting through
response times are within SLA
Telemetry Dashboards monitoring alerts
Daily weekly and monthly status updates.
