Job Description
The Inventory Manager is responsible for inventory on a day-to-day basis as well as the required monthly
inventory counts and waste disposal requirements.

Job Responsibilities and Functions
1. Responsible for inventory recording, packaging, procurement, compliance, and accuracy in all phases
of the retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary
2. Supervision of inventory staff members and will be the deciding authority regarding the inventory
department's daily functions
3. Implement inventory controls to track and account for all cannabis, cannabis products, and non-
cannabis products.
4. Perform inventory audits daily, weekly, and monthly as needed
5. Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of the
dispensary records
6. Assist in managing the State inventory system METRC
7. Assist in deliveries that will be taken into the dispensary, ensuring they are accurate
8. Adding all new products received into METRC and the Company POS
9. Participate in assessing the internal controls over the inventory to identify deficiencies and develop
corrective action plans for continuous improvement
10. Maintain records, including operational procedures, inventory records, audit records, storage and
transfer records, waste records, inventory personnel files, discrepancy & adjustment reports to ensure
all inventory issues are handled in a timely fashion
11. Adhere to all mandatory state regulations
12. Oversee the procurement process to ensure consistent availability of products preferred by our
customer base
13. Proven ability to negotiate successfully on behalf of the organization

Qualification and Requirements
1. Can lift 50-55lbs
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. Good communication skills
4. Must be 21 years or older
5. Must be able to pass a background check
6. Positive Attitude
7. Willing to work weekends

Preferred Experience
1. Prior experience working in fulfillment or inventory.
2. Has been an inventory lead or manager for at least 2+ years.
3. Knowledge of the Cannabis Industry in MD.
