Job Description

Our client is looking for an exceptional Events Coordinator to play an exciting role in their business. The ideal candidate will play the role of an event project coordinator, and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once. They are seeking someone who is passionate about curating memorable moments and goes above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for their clients.

Event Coordinator Must Have Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in event technology tools (Keynote, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience coordinating and supporting events, weddings, or entertainment projects (60% corporate, 20% weddings and private functions, and 20% non-profit)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs (work schedule is flexible subject to event schedule)
• Organize events from initial planning through to execution
• Prepare essential event documents (floor plans, production schedules, etc.)
• Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and site visits
• Available for global and out of state travel (20–50 days annually, depending on event schedule)

• Competitive salary starting at $75K
