We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DRG Integrity Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical coding for inpatient services.

Review medical records and assign appropriate DRG codes in collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Health Information Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum 4 years of inpatient coding experience in a hospital setting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in DRG reimbursement (e.g., MS-DRG, APR-DRG).
Active coding certification (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, or CIC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
