Title: Distribution Manager

Salary: $100,000- $115,000/year 

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Distribution Manager to oversee our warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient distribution processes, manage inventory control, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to optimize distribution processes.
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement in operations and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the distribution center.
• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Strong understanding of distribution processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and practices is a plus.
• Experience with inventory management systems and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
