POSITION SUMMARY: 

As part of Villa Sport and Syufy Enterprises, the Content Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing digital content across all VillaSport platforms, including WordPress websites, prospect emails, and the My Villa Sport app. This role ensures alignment with VillaOS, oversees copywriting and content strategy, and develops a robust content calendar. Additionally, this position involves mapping the customer journey across all digital touchpoints, identifying pain points, and implementing solutions to enhance the member experience. The Content Manager also performs competitor analysis to recommend prioritized improvements for digital experiences. The role requires the ability to establish strong relationships with national directors, anticipate their content needs, and collaborate on effective strategies. The Content Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, drive member engagement, and maintain consistency with the Villa Sport Athletic Club & Fitness brand.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $100,000 annually plus bonus. Full-time hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years in content management, digital marketing, or copywriting, preferably with fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize app, email, and web content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in WordPress for content management. Mailchimp for email.
• Fitness, athletic club experience or hospitality background. Leisure/guest community membership based.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a focus on engaging and brand-aligned messaging.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and multimedia tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to create and maintain content calendars.
• Creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building with national directors and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Frequent sitting and occasional standing, walking, reaching

The Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information we collect, and our use of Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information, may vary depending on the circumstances. This Notice is intended to provide an overall description of our collection and use of Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information. Generally, we may use or disclose Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information we collect from you or about you for one or more of the following purposes:

1.               To fulfill or meet the purpose for which you provided the information. For example, if you share your name and contact information to apply for a job with the Company, we will use that Personal Information in connection with your candidacy for employment.

Syufy Enterprises retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
