POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of Villa Sport and Syufy Enterprises, the Content Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing digital content across all VillaSport platforms, including WordPress websites, prospect emails, and the My Villa Sport app. This role ensures alignment with VillaOS, oversees copywriting and content strategy, and develops a robust content calendar. Additionally, this position involves mapping the customer journey across all digital touchpoints, identifying pain points, and implementing solutions to enhance the member experience. The Content Manager also performs competitor analysis to recommend prioritized improvements for digital experiences. The role requires the ability to establish strong relationships with national directors, anticipate their content needs, and collaborate on effective strategies. The Content Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, drive member engagement, and maintain consistency with the Villa Sport Athletic Club & Fitness brand.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
