must haves

• 7+ years of overall it experience
• hands-on experience with palantir foundry (ideal) or databricks.
• hands-on technical experience:
• programming in sql, python, java.
• pyspark
• gcp
• querying/mining large datasets and deploying projects on cloud systems.
• data visualization platforms (e.g., tableau - preferred)
• strong knowledge of data science mathematical and statistical principles.
• knowledge of git for version control.
• leadership qualities, proactive, collaborative, polished/professional.

preferred

• strong understanding of health care industry, products, and systems.
• ability to communicate technical concepts and implications effectively to non-technical business partners.
• high-energy and a sense of urgency to deliver results, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines.
• capability to anticipate and prevent project roadblocks before they occur.
• familiarity with working in an agile framework.
