A-OX Welding Supply Co. Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Compressed Gas Filling Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for filling various types of compressed gas cylinders, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality products and services to our customers.
As a Compressed Gas Filling Technician, you will be responsible for operating industrial equipment to fill compressed gas cylinders. This includes carefully monitoring the filling process, inspecting cylinders for defects, and ensuring proper labeling. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial in this role.
In addition to filling cylinders, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of cylinder fillings. This includes recording the type and quantity of gas filled, as well as the date of filling. Your meticulous record-keeping will help ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products.
As an operator of industrial equipment, safety is our top priority. You will be responsible for adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following proper procedures for handling compressed gases. Your commitment to safety will help create a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be called upon to assist with general warehouse duties as needed. This may include receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. Your flexibility and willingness to pitch in wherever needed will be valued by our team.
