Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Type: Full-time, Non-exempt

Salary: $48,000 annual base salary, with monthly bonuses of approximately $1,000, bringing total target compensation to approximately $60,000.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday workweek (specific hours may vary based on business needs)

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our brand in various capacities, working to engage with potential customers, support our sales efforts, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for the brand, and a commitment to delivering a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers both in-person and remotely to promote our brand, products, and services.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing product knowledge, answering customer inquiries, and guiding customers through the purchase process.
  • Event Promotion: Attend and support promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activations (when applicable) to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a positive and professional brand representative at all times, ensuring the company’s values and image are consistently reflected.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategic goals.
  • Incentive Achievement: Meet sales targets and contribute to monthly bonus structures by hitting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $48,000 annually
  • Monthly Bonus Potential: $1,000, based on performance and meeting targets
  • Target Total Compensation: $60,000 annually (base salary + performance bonuses)

Additional Information:

  • The role requires flexibility in working hours, with a typical work week from Tuesday to Saturday .
  • As we build out our team, you may also work alongside Sales Specialists who will provide support and work in an inbound call center (eventually transitioning to in-person work for closer oversight and quality control).

About You:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand representation is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and adjust to changing business needs.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team goals and company success.
  • Goal-Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed performance targets for bonuses and incentives.
