In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound communications to address inquiries, offer guidance on documentation, and help our members navigate their healthcare journey with confidence. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, meeting key performance goals, and fostering positive experiences through empathy and active listening.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members with healthcare benefits.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.
Educate members on the status of documentation and support them through any necessary steps.
Meet performance goals, including efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
Cultivate strong member relationships through empathy, effective listening, and professional communication.
Required Skills:

At least 1 year of continuous customer service experience with a single employer.
Previous experience in a call center environment is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Background in sales or healthcare benefits is a plus.
Detail-oriented and goal-driven with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Ability to pass a background check successfully.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary: $ 14.00 18.00 Per Hour
