Role: PM/BA (Back Office)

Work Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Prior experience working in Capital Markets with Asset Management / Investment Banking organization knowledge preferred
• Complete understanding of trade life cycle
• Experience with all phases of the SDLC
• Core Project Management Skills, Including project planning, resource management, project monitoring/status reporting, risk and issue management, etc.
• Business requirements management (i.e., gathering, analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements) in an agile environment (e.g., managing product/sprint backlog mgmt., writing user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, epics, features, etc.).
• Ability to write basic SQL queries to analyze large data sets.
