Job Description

Metro Ford of Madison is investing in your future and its own. We are looking for a career minded and goal oriented Finance Manager with experience who wants to help us grow our dealership's Finance Department! Qualified candidates will have fantastic customer service skills, commitment to meeting the finance needs of our customers in a kind and courteous way, and motivated for success. Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Finance experience required.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to ensure smooth transitions in the sales process
  • Assist customers with financing their vehicle
  • Sell automotive service products
  • Set and track personal sales goals
  • Maintain F&I income at acceptable levels
  • Be a problem solver for our customers
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Educate customers on factory surveys
  • Produce and submit accurate paperwork
  • Adhere to all local, state, and national regulations
  • Develop solid relationships with lenders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of Automotive Finance experience
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers
  • Strong sales skills
  • Career minded, goal driven and client focused
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
