Are you committed to providing high-quality care to individuals while working from home? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for an associate therapist who is still working towards their hours. You'll diagnose psychological problems, identify problematic patterns that need to be modified, and address dysfunctional behaviors. If you have 1-3 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and are currently licensed as an associate therapist feel free to apply Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented patient records with a quality of documentation that meets facility and licensing standards
• Utilize solution-focused therapy strategies to provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children
• Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient
• Attend weekly supervision
• Attend weekly training when you start with our company for the 1st 4 weeks
• Assess, diagnose, and provide highly individualized and quality psychotherapy to adults and/or children
• Must be trained in at least one EBT, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or any other EBP
• Complete all notes within 24 hours
• Part time must open 25 openings and maintain 20 client sessions per week
• Must be licensed in CA and a CA resident

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a marriage and family therapist
• Superb problem-solving and analytical skills are required, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or equivalent
• Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
• Must have an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in CA
• If an associate must have associate license
• Associate number is required for this role & 1000 clinical hours completed (exceptions can be made based on experience)
• (AMFT/ASW/LMFT/APCC/LPCC/LCSW) and enjoy working with children, teens, and adults
• Must be able to identify risk factors for mandated reporting
• Must be trained in how to provide evidence-based treatment
• DMH experience is highly preferred
• Experience diagnosing, creating safety plans, and consulting with DCFS preferred
• Spanish-speaking desired
