PCM (Assistant Clinical Manager)
Medications don't work for everyone, and at Serenity Healthcare we recognize the importance of patient-centered care. We are challenging the way mental health is approached by offering alternative, state-of-the-art treatment options for our patients, such as TMS therapy and ketamine infusions. We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager (Patient Care Manager) for our San Antonio, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be to own the metrics that allow patients to heal with TMS treatment and take back their life.
Direct support from organizational leadership will help you cultivate the skills to successfully manage a practice independently. Serenity's proven clinical model, leading to 130% growth year over year, will be shared with you as you are trained and mentored to quickly advance your career. We are in growth mode and continuing to expand our team to meet the needs of our patients.
